Made a slimming world Spaghetti bolognese my way.
- 5% fat beef mince
- 1 onion
- Glove of garlic
- Chopped tin tomatoes
- Fry light
- Salt, pepper and mixed herbs
- Dash of Worcester sauce
- Put some fry light in a pan
- Fry the mince, onion and Mushrooms
- Add the garlic and Chopped tomatoes
- Simmer a few minutes
- Add pasata
- Add seasonings
- Simmer for 20 minutes or until Spaghetti is cooked.
I have actually put mine in tubs to eat later and tomorrow but I got some on a plate.
Slimming world is going good today Iv had my breakfast lunch and got my dinner cooked for later, Iv prepped some sticky chicken for later if I’m hungry and have that with salad.
